# Embed forms on Wordpress

ℹ️

You need a plugin-enabled Wordpress plan for the Tally HTML-embed code to work.

- Create a [Tally form](https://tally.so/create) and `Publish`

- Go to the `Share` tab of your form and choose `Standard`

- Adjust the embed options. You can read more about them [here](https://tally.so/help/embed-your-form#81346f15f8d348db9f702dd5083ef898)

- Click `Get the code` and `Copy` the **Embed code**

- Insert an [HTML block](https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/custom-html-block/) in your Wordpress site

- Paste the Tally embed code in your HTML block and you’re done!
